Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy explains what Enpod collects, why, and who sees it.

1. What we collect

  • Your account: your mobile number (and an email if you choose to give one, only for invoices and news), and a password. The password is stored only in a scrambled form that we cannot read.
  • Your shop's data: what you and your team enter, such as products, stock, orders, payments, expenses, suppliers and settings, and your customers' names, phone numbers and addresses.
  • Activity: a log of who did what in your shop, with the time, the internet address and the kind of device. It lets you see changes and protects against misuse.
  • Connections: the keys you give us for your courier, SMS and online store accounts. They are stored encrypted.

2. Cookies

We use only what the service needs to work: to keep you signed in, and to remember your language and your light or dark choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

To run the service for you: to show your data, book parcels, send the messages you turn on and produce your reports. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who else receives it

  • The courier you choose receives the customer's name, phone number, address and the amount to collect when you book a parcel.
  • Your SMS provider receives the customer's number and the text when you turn on a message.
  • Our database and hosting providers store data on our behalf.
  • Our platform administrators can see a business's details when they need to help you or keep the service running. What they do is written to a log.
  • Nobody else sees your shop's data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. The activity log is kept for as long as your shop's owner chooses: from 90 days to 2 years, or for ever. To ask for your shop's data to be deleted, contact us. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep something.

6. Security

Each business's data is separated inside the database, passwords are stored scrambled, courier and SMS keys are stored encrypted, and everything travels over secure connections. No system is perfectly safe, so choose a strong password and be careful whom you add to your team.

7. Your choices

You can see and correct your data in the app and download it as spreadsheets. To remove it, or to ask a question, contact us.

8. Your customers

If you are a seller, you decide what to do with your customers' information and we only process it for you. A customer who wants their data removed should ask the seller first.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
