How paying works
- Choose a plan inside the app, under Settings, then Plan and billing.
- Pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer, and send us the transaction ID.
- We check it and switch your plan on. Nothing renews by itself and no card is kept.
Questions about plans
Do I need a card?
No. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up when you need more orders or people. Your data stays exactly where it is.
What counts as an order?
Every order you create in a calendar month, including ones you later cancel. The count starts again on the first of each month, Bangladesh time.
What if I go over the limit?
You can still see and edit everything. New orders are blocked until you upgrade or the month turns over. New people on the team are blocked until you upgrade or free up a place.
