Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan has every feature. It only limits how many orders a month and how many people you can have. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
Which couriers does it work with?
Steadfast, Pathao and RedX are built in. You connect your own account with your own keys, so your parcels and your money stay between you and the courier.
Does it work with my website?
If your site runs on WooCommerce or Shopify, its orders can arrive on their own. Facebook, WhatsApp and phone orders are added by hand on one short screen.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It is made for phones first. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Is it available in Bangla?
Yes. Buttons, menus and messages can be switched to Bangla at any time. What you type yourself, such as product names and addresses, stays as you wrote it.
How do I pay for a paid plan?
Nothing is charged automatically and no card is kept. You pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer, send us the transaction ID inside the app, and we switch your plan on.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your plan goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted and you can still see all your data. Only new orders above the Free limit are blocked.
Can I bring my existing products and customers?
Yes. Upload your products, customers and orders from a spreadsheet, and download your data again whenever you want.
Is my data safe?
